b_patterson I believe many took your viewpoint on the offer.. ie no upside.
Read the "offer closed" release closely. The original aim of the issue was to raise $3.53million by issuing 294,225,673 shares at 1.2c.
The announcement today stated that shareholders took up only 138.8 million shares which is less then half of the issue. Pretty p!ss poor if you ask me. IMO a reflection of the attitude towards the issue but not the company itself
