same sex marriage vote - why not?, page-4

    My only gripe is that, at present, the vote isn't binding.

    I would prefer a conscience vote in Parliament, win or lose.
    The main reason being, that I don't have strong views on the subject, either way.
    I personally don't care if same sex people get married or not.
    I also believe if same sex marriage doesn't get through now, it will one day.

    Note: I'm not religious and don't take direction from ancient texts and don't believe in imaginary beings.
    Also if I saw an attractive man taking a seat at a bar I wouldn't offer to push his stool in for him as I'm not that way inclined.
    Public displays of affection between same sex people makes me a little uncomfortable, so I look away.
