    Good morning all,

The SOA was for an Australian Company, and I would imagine that everything would have been worked out on the basis of Australian rules (even though the Co is listed in UK). I do not think there would be any problems.

Also I do not see any reason why anyone would not want to take up TLW shares considering the difference. TLW dropped last night so HDR will probably hover around 2.10, 2.11 today in Aust barring any other exciting news (here's hoping for NZii, Aigertte or King!)

TLW did state the ceiling as a percentage of the total issued shares, not for each holder wanting to convert, so I guess what Tom and Dick don't want, Harry can have.

Well, I think we can look forward to:
    1. The price hovering around 2.11 today
    2. Good announcements by lunch time
    3. Another day of waiting for second bid

One interesting thing to note is the high demand to supply ratio, and I hope that continues. Note also that there is always 1-2 mil hovering just under the asking price up until the last minutes and then it is upped to take out the sellers. The condensing of share holders is also continuing by the ratio of at least 10:1. At this rate (been going on for a few days now) you would think that a substantial holder announcement is over due.

My feeling on a second bid has somewhat been revived again!
