How then would the collection of carbon taxes reduce the amount of land being deforrested . The Amazon , Borneo , Sumatra and Java are being plundered and i agree they are the worlds lungs and further agree that these forest absorb CO2 emmissions .
So how are you going to stop this ? Nobody can unless there is intervention and that would have to mean armed intervention . Just like 7 billion people about to become 10 billion in the not too distant - how do we deal with that . More crops , less fresh water per head
