It's interesting Brad........if I sold you 100,000 case files and you carried out DD on 20,000 and later found out that a high percentage of the other 80,000 cases were unmeritorious you would have grounds for a claim...right? Also you would be entitled to rely on certain warranties about the business I sold you including quality of cases (meritorious) & profit expectations because it would be impractical to review all 100,000 case files etc.
