The reason of delaying this action/claim was to get PIP going , let SGH CF reach desired escape velocity to fire to positive side and then time it as well.
Such decisions are not made in ahurry. Every aspect is well considered including timing of such action.
All possible scenarios would have been discussed B4 hnad what actions then SGH will take .just in case.
