    Nick I'm happy that we are finally seeing some action taken against WTG who thought they got away with it. However IMO AG's offer to resign and board rejection was not genuine but it was best he stayed at the time anyway. Also he did not forgo a bonus he was not entitled to a bonus because the SP went down 90%.
