I would just like them to be honest ,thats all my dealing with Telstar up to date have been average but this on going dispute is the worst.
Last Wednesday when they escalated my case they promised a technician in 48 hours then on Thursday he would be here in 24 hours and on Monday my new case manager asked when would be convienent for the technician to come to our residence,I replied ASAP the next available time was Monday the 26th.
Lies ,lies and new case managers great customer relations.
