Agree we live in a great country . The problem with the system and punters to some degree building " ficitous " equity ..in a debt geared system ..is them feel rich and invest in completely the wrong areas ..( holidays / cars ) .If the they happen to still hold equity they loose it by trying to chase the tail ..yet the system encourages debt .Its all good in times of extreme growth , this is where the property spukiers just cannot work for the general populous.
