Agree, and the driver is probably just capital for the FAL project. They made a point in the annual report about debt reduction being a key goal (lines up with your comment about weak balance sheet still) and the new project would require an increase in debt normally. I'd say it will be something like $50m @45c.
We may get the related broker covering NRW after this, which is not a bad thing at all. I'd guess there will be a price target a lot higher than 30c which was the last broker target I saw at the start of the year...
