Geez JL... Your pretty optimistic on what I feel is now shaping up as a long shot. Once a company offers you a big price, you naturally say this is what it is worth, even though they can't pay and you will give them every lengthy opportunity to come up with the dough..
I reckon Bob would be doing real well to get Petro back to a realistic price level and a deal.
Nor would I expect any SP reaction, unless it is really firming up.
Here's hoping. That's all we have.
