Really dont know, but as many have alluded to, this is quite a significant piece of foundation building.
A less cynical person would say......
well lets have a a TH....build excitement, then well make then ANN a little insignificant....let the market write it down, (along with our manipulators) -
..oh and then we have our new interface being demonstrated / showcased at the microsoft summit....in two days time!
