Many here with no professional corporate management experience, myself included, would have thought PB would be arranging and negotiating and strategising the finance discussions himself. In hindsight, it's clearly better that a more qualified party than PB, such as Gresham, does this.

I am curious then, as to what PB's role is in financing discussions, vs Gresham's role. Who does the travelling? Who does the bargaining? Who decides the best option? Does PB already know what the best option is, and just need a third party contractor for transparency/disclosure/best practice, or does he have little clue and genuinely needs the help of a finance professional?

Just wondering what the email and in-person exchanges between PB and Gresham would look like.
