New entities (between Xped and Complex Semiconductor) will buy from Telink at hopefully, normal trading price that Telink is offering to the other customers unless there is an agreement for a lower price since there is JV. For Xped, we will get 17% out of the sale. Good revenue no. 1.
How much do you think the new entities will make? How would you expect them to tell you when it is announced that they are going to set up new entities for the new venture and further deliberation as stated in the announcement will be made on which areas/clients will be involved in the revenue generation for the new entities? I don't think it is fair for them to give you "a figure" as Xped is not supposed to make assumptions on revenue.
