re: ceo no longer on top 20 list you only alter a holding to a nominee if you do not want to disclose to the investment community who you are. Shareholders have no idea who resides in the registery under the three nominee companies.
It has nothing to do with tax.
Obviously Phil has a reason to now hide his holdings in a nominee listing. But why?
We already know what his holding is. So why hide it?
