agree 100%. just check out this two drinks which came out of an IP dispute, the result? Now there's two companies basically selling the same product under 2 different names.
Good thing about XPE is that it's selling point is not in the design but in the functionality. Lot harder to rip off 100,000 line of code and get it incorproated into chips/hardware than it is to rip off a design (i.e. what Juronomo said re Apple & Xiaomi)
