I think it has to be remembered that this expansion is relatively low risk - ARB products are already being sold through distributors in these geographic regions and ARB have set up warehouses to efficiently supply their products. They are not setting up large retail stores to doing something that is out of their field of expertise. Having a more efficient supply chain increases sales as the products are more easily available.
The expansion of their Thailand manufacturing facility is driven by current demand not by some wild speculation about future requirements.
I see these investments as very positive for the company and, along with the continued investment in R&D and new (exclusive) products, I have continued confidence in the long term safety of my shareholding.
