low market cap and low no. of issued shares is a very different thing. If I read low no. of issued shares I expect < 200M shares on ASX for a company that's starting with a new clean sheet. (Sometimes a rollback happens to get there).
When I read low market cap, I look at market cap.
Anyway, this is a nice presentation. Worth a punt if you believe in the CEO's vision for the company.
