Gekkowolf,the quindell deal was finalised at the end of May,and the FCA started they're investigation on the 24 June 2015,then the serious fraud squad took over the investigation which is still ongoing on the 18thAugust 2015 so it's being going on for 14 months.by the way the quindell accounts were restated from a profit to a loss,and the shares were suspended for 6 weeks.so whoever says SGH have no chance of winning the case is delusional.
