The whole market is up and PLS is down. What is MGMT doing about this current share price?

I’m so over everyone saying be patient we have the resource, it’s worth $2, $3 etc – people have been ramping this for the last 6 months and we have not got anywhere.

Reality is that we are getting played like a @#$%ing guitar and we should be trading at over $0.80c and the reasons why we are not is the below:

1. This legal battle – people believe it was never going to affect anything and won’t affect ongoing price/offtakes that’s BS – this should have been squashed ASAP. Now the shareholders are being punished for what is now looking like a dogs breakfast.
2. Possible Shorting for T/O – who the F knows what’s happening, whatever happens we should be really rallying together and hitting up a substantial notice soon. I for one would be putting my name down if need be, f’ the company/ies trying to acquire the company – this should not be sold under $2.00. Putting a 10% notice down along with Regals 5% will give the party no chance as you need 90% for compulsory T/O. IMO these games they are playing are to rattle shareholders!! We all need to stand up to these monkey shitters and get the most out of them.
3. GL BOA – this was not a good deal in my opinion, why haven’t we got upfront payments for the mine? We should have figured this out with the first BOA.
4. DFS is out and what has happened? Nothing but decrease in price.
5. Blue Ocean Equities – what a waste of time, Beer and Co were far more competent and brought the market an update after most price sensitive announcements. How many updates have we received from these Muppets?
6. Macq. Bank – yes this contributed to the downfall and I believe Macquarie’s reputation is now squashed as a result – this is internationally also.
7. No institutional buying – this should have happened by now, where are the institutional buying that Ken has mentioned will occur after the DFS?
8. BOA’S? - We were told there would be numerous BOA’s before DFS = 1 - To be honest we should be placed in trading halt till we get the next BOA.
9. Good announcements - Constantly we are receiving good information yet shorting and games played to keep the price low – where is the substantial notice? You can’t tell me there someone out there does not hold more than 5% i.e. Albemarle or some Chinese company would 100% have more than 5% to play games like this. Why aren’t we doing something about this? MGMT should be questioning this and should to a register count.
10. International Expertise/Promoting - As SOS, RV, OZ, SN all say we lack the international capital market expertise – this is evident here and has not changed throughout the year. Why aren’t we seeking help with this? i.e. the three musketeers (SN, SOS and Blast.)
11. Transparency of information – DFS a month late - Why did it take so long to bring the DFS out? Ok 4MT PFS, shareholders we screaming this at the start of the year and MGMT did not take notice. This should have been implemented from the start.

We the shareholders deserve better – the value of our company should be over $1bn by now (this was even stated by NB months ago) why isn’t this even close?
