Could it be you don't get the 'quote' tag as what I do now rather than spam several response messages is combine them into the one response. So I hit reply with quote into a new browser tab for each person I need to respond to, then cut the quoted paragraph into just one response box. I do try to @TheArchitect tag people, as I am not sure if cutting and pasting quoted paragraphs carry over the notifications. they display who the user was and the quote as if I was physically hitting the reply with quote button, so I just assumed it was working until now?
