Although its great to be optimistic, you have to face some facts & see the reality head on
1. Nathan sold HALF his stake in Allure (Indirect) & ALL his Trust's holdings (direct) as well isnt that a sizable dump ?
2. Retaining LESS than half his overall holdings seems to be more for appearance sake than "good investment",
lets see how long that lower holding stays as that will be telling, so I'd suggest suspend judgement until you've
a few decades of experience...
3. I've been at this game for over 30 years, I've seen far smarter market manipulation over those years but,
you need experience, insight and understanding of psychology & timing to weed them out. Having said
that I am not specifically claiming market manipulation here - it unfortunately has that appearance :/
4. Reminder: ALC must have known deal signing pending as Nathan did yet, sold more than half ALL shares, go figure ?

The "few percentage points" translates to real $ as well as liquidity timing, do the math, its *profit* as well as
frees up what used to be a major investors (Allure's) capital so an obvious good move for him personally !

NB: I've known many people over the decades 100% follow this rule:- "If you see a profit take it" which
is perfect for "investors" (& that can mean very little % if need be as it has to address the other side which
could well be any considered risk we aren't aware of (yet) & we don't really know if the buyer
of Nathans was really "strategic" now do we ???

There are books in the library re tacit & overt market manipulation strategies used for >100yrs, if you've
already read them before posting then what can I say, if you havent read em please (all) do.
Understand many public co operators know those methods (& variations to cover tracks) all too well...

In any case, although today's trading is disappointing especially re odd timing which people already forget (!),
it shouldn't detract from long term but, sadly makes the long term a bit longer still. If it was only me then
wouldn't you think the market would react far better had a big sell off not occurred despite the great ann ?

Where dah yah imagine the big sell-off came from whilst the ann is actually damn good & in fact excellent ????

it would be just as easy to subscribe to your brand of logic and come to the very same conclusion of market manipulation as motive for your posts

the premise on which you are posting lengthy rants regurgitating the same argument over and over lends weight to same

and if that is not the case I would suggest 30 years experience has not served you well
