dude, I've worked with many in highly technical roles where they got their qualifications overseas, and migrated here (Bosnia, Egypt, Iran, Labanon, etc). I don't disagree with you that there is an issue in Islam, and I expect you've seen my comments on Saudi Arabia and their role in causing a lot of the rise in extremism, but it's not true that all Muslims are the same and there are safe countries we can source immigrants from.
