"Displace" just means offset ... to some extent ... over an unspecified timeframe. It's a weasel word. A wriggling worm attached to a hook on the end of a line.

Solicitors are always very deliberate with their language ... Sometimes they employ words with razor sharp precision ... other times, when it suits their interests, they leave meaning deliberately ambiguous and liable to different interpretation

This is designed to give them plausible deniability. They drop a comment about fruit or a runway and suddenly Brad is wild eyed and frothy mouthed, smashing open his piggy bank to buy more shares.

But of course these words ultimately mean nothing, amount to nothing and Grech would deny they were designed to embellish or be interpreted as such
