How the hell do you insert those power point slides - there are some good ones from 2010 - 2011 that show what RMS were finding 200mbs.

Also Water Tank/St George UG is a 5.5 g/t mine so that will more than replace Kathleen Valleys 2.8 g/t without trucking - that should take RMS closer to 150,000 ounces - I think their slides are being conservative.

Eshmun - Long story short there's promising leads in the deeps at Mercury (below Mars open pit) and Saturn. In particular look at the presentation on the 08/02/2011 page 19-21. This will give you an idea. Also look at 01/12/2010 presentation - 7.15m at 43.7g/t from 448 metres in Saturn. For Mars look at page 19 of the 19/10/2011 presentation. Lots of hits - Mercury doesn't even seem to be included in the Reserves and Resources.

Mercury is close to the old Hill 50 deeps - about 50-100 metres.

Your point about the old mine shafts sounds right but they maybe there is potential to come back over from a new shaft down Mercury (just guessing) or maybe they could just extend Percy via open pit. (I'm not sure how expensive this would be - might be costly I guess - not sure.)

Also look at page 3 of the 13/08/2010 presentation - lots of hits at Brown Hill above 200mbs. If this is anything like the other Galaxy pits it should be able to provide plenty of base feed. Some slides in the following years showed Brown Hill in the mine plan but it never happened so clearly there's more gold there one day that's not in the current 4 year mine plan.

Also check out the Resources and Reserve statement on 01/09/2011 - Morning Star open pit had 539,000 ounces @ 2.1 g/t. There's over 3 years of production just in that and that's not counting the underground pit of 385,000 ounces @ 4.4 g/t. Most of thats now not included in the R&R statement but with a bit of further work could easily come back.

Seriously recommend going through all the ASX releases throughout second half of 2010 and early 2011 to get a feel of the potential in the deeps at Mt Magnet.

It's interesting to note that the two RMS discoveries appear to be Water Tank and Milky Way. If you go through the 2012 year there are lots of Water Tank drilling results but the best diagram is from 11/03/2013 release page 2 showing the resource model - there is a lot of purple i.e. >10 grams/tonne which seems very high. Also bottom of page 3 talks about potential of St George which has high hits down to 423 metres not included in the resource.

Long story short I think RMS should focus on their own tenements and forget about buying anything else for the time being - it will only distract them from the potential at Mt Magnet - especially the deeps. If anything I'd rather they expanded checkers to 2.7 mtpa which in the past they have quoted at costing around 10-15 million. Other than that it would have to be something with a mill close to Vivien which might save on transport costs but forget everything else.

Apart from Vivien and WT/STG there's UG potential at Morning Star and Galaxy deeps (Mercury/Saturn) plus base load at Milky Way, Morning Star, Boomer and Brown Hill.
