From a TA perspective, the longer the period of the relatively flat rightward movement on BLK's 12 month SP chart continues, the more likely there will be a bigger upward jolt acceleration in the SP - start by studying where the intersect is between the current SP and that of the point of the continuous line extension of a line linking the 2 previous upward peaks
