I would like to believe Nick would be right on the point of being confident that the company will be shipping in December however I would be believing the response from
@shades2 on this one.
When it comes to console regarding this stock I have a few go to points and I consider
@shades2 to be probably my number one.
Investors need to remember that Nick's role is to promote the company, despite the lack of announcements and clear direction that has been given.
Again, I would like to see that Nick's confidence pays off, however based on company history and the lack of information that has been made available I perceive that it is unlikely that the company will be shipping in December.
After all, that same confidence was there for September and it never came to fruition.

Our customer is Mitsubishi..- Unless you are working towards enacting a conversion agreement no one really cares how many customers the company has down the supply chain.

Rumour has it that General Lithium of Pilbara fame may be one of the customers.
As much as I respect and believe Ken Brisden is a good man and has well intentions, I perceive that General Lithium will eventually come our way...
If the company wants to talk about customers advise the market who they are. Otherwise accept that they are in tow with Mitsubishi with no plans to move towards conversion despite the agreement.

I agree on this statement. After all Macquarie never mentioned anything about James Bay, though by the same token the company never used this lack of information to their advantage. #fail

If he perceives the company share price upon shipping in the claimed time frame of December is only a few percent up from where it currently is, then reading between the lines he doesn't have the confidence in the company that he has tried to portray within the first question.
Who is responsible for the communications that are shared with the market?
As others have shared, why has the company not been forthcoming with announcements and so much focused on 11th hour announcements that deflate confidence? - There would have been folks privy to this information that has disadvantaged those amongst us and the greater market.
I have no intention to become personal, and would be open to understand what has been going on, however that privilege has unfortunately not been made available to any of us.
Apologies to those that responded to my post's from last night and this morning however this post required the appropriate address.
Just challenging my investment.
