Delayed or not the upcoming commissioning ann is still quite important. It may not offer fundamental change but it does assure shareholders and related parties that the venture is running on schedule and ready for positive cash-flow in Q4 - not to mention the possibility of a delayed commissioning due to unforeseen last minute complications is also on play which definitely would beat on the SP.
As for a massive dump after a positive commissioning ann I'm not so sure... I'm certain many investors would instead hop aboard knowing the plant is up and running and ready to take advantage of the Indian investment boom in AP.
Finally, if all goes according to what NSL has planned the SP could very well double in a month given there is enough sentiment and exposure.
I've read many of your posts summers and the logic you embed in some of them gets me good.
