you do NOT call a trading halt then a suspension to borrow money from a bank.
That sort of transaction can be done behind the scenes without any trading halt and or suspension.
The suspension has to do with whatever is being considered.
And Safenet has a market cap of $500m USD....or $750m AUD
so forget ab out SEN buying a controlling inetrest in them.
I hope its great news but the longer this has gone on suggests there are issues.
