touchy old grouch... lol.. I wasn't inferring that the cycles were not significant... but
there is a question mark over the continued importance
of the vix as a sell signal, not only from the material on that web site but also because of the explosion in derivatives... aside from the obvious stuff like ordinary
leverage, I'm not big on derivatives ... but I do know they have multiplied exponentially and that must have an effect on the vix.. I'll check out some more and get back to you.. cheers!
