Australia was  settled/invaded/occupied 200 years ago by the City of London's Crown Empire.  

They financed the whole expedition much the same way as the Dutch East Company and the British India Company pursued their numerous expeditions into the "unknown new worlds" purely for the vast profits that were made at the time by these corporations.

Most of the royal and ruling families of the 17th and 18th centuries were heavily in debt and could not afford to finance these expeditions.  The were financed by the City of London and the Vatican.

So forget about fighting for "King and Country"

It was all about fighting for the "corporations and capitalists"
