Millenium needed the cash for exploration work (plus acquiring the Nevada project)

We have funds for initial exploration. If initial exploration to Maiden JORC is successful or SP should be a lot greater than it is now. Then to acquire the project they need $4.5 million. That'll be easy done with a JORC under the belt. A CR would be oversubscribed at that stage IMO.

Hoping the team can get us there. Excited for the next two years of development!
