Don't get me wrong hurcorh, I'm hoping the raise is at higher prices. what I'm saying is it's time for a larger capital injection to get us to the next stage and dilution doesn't worry me for this. AGY can be at 25c with what is planned with 800m shares on issue.

The structure of the option is well done, the $4.5m is not an issue. As billyen says there are a lot of non dilutionary ways to fund this if they are no brainer projects which they are in my view.

They have the funds to explore pocitos and mina Teresa. Rincon and acquiring additional tenure for the next stage is the issue.

Rincon test work needs a guesstimate of $500k immediately for capex. With current cash they either fund this which they will be cut at the knees and short funds for opex at Rincon, this will additionally shelve exploration plans on pocitos and/or mina Teresa.

Reality is the 12 month plan is not funded, they need to fill the kitty to fast track this and get us to 25c.
