No probs, not singling you out, we are often asked a lot of questions here that are published, it was a general missive to all readers.
A lot of the old presentations and docos are actually irrelevant, they even talk about mining and processing in March 2016, which I can only guess, never happened. Rather recommissioning of the existing plant, which may have run some material, but that's not the same as production.

The info is actually from Canaccord which is why it's probably not located there (May be on Galaxy's site somewhere under reports):

Mt Cattlin site visit (Aug’16) – key observations Mining Reclaim of lithium bearing tailings for use as initial feed for the processing plant’s “fines” circuit has progressed well, with 150kt of material expected to be ultimately available (Figures 1 and 2). We also note that there is now ~150kt of ore on the ROM pad (comprised ~100kt +1.0% Li2O, and 50kt of ~0.8% Li2O) which is available for commissioning.
With sufficient volumes of material available for commissioning and initial production, mining of ore from the Dowling pit is expected to commence in the DecQ’16.
