Lets assume for a moment that FAR get the opportunity to pursue the PE with a french major......and by order of the arbitration panel gather all details of the transaction with WPL in order to PE. They will have 30 days to convince the French Major it is worth the money.
What are the cash commitments of the COP Senegal B.V. entity WPL have agreed to take on as the 100% shareholder? Is this in fact a $800M question? Are there any other linked terms that WPL have with COP? What is the value of that? Will it need to go to further arbitration to determine the value?
When will we know the answer to these questions? Worst case 3 to 5 years, best case today.....
