As I said, I am yet to rec my copy, but if it is a vote in numbers, then I think the scheme is a foregone conclusion.
I cannot see the smaller holders voting "no" and they will be the ones that will be in the majority.
The likely ones to vote no would be the substantial holders, but if their vote is only one then they will be swamped.
Only saviour for HDR would be:
1. A big find at Aigrette before the date
and this is still achieveable
2. Further good news at King, which is slow and unlikely
3. Another bid, which is looking less and less likely at this stage
Is HDR going to be A MIM or WMC?
