Well .. Brighton and others who are open to discuss this ... looks like the CR to avoid share dilution ( oxymoron ) is going to fail ... underwritten to $600k by DJ Carmichael ( share holder ) ...

The company may not pull the trigger this month ( first repayment after all ) .. but I stated earlier .. they were on 12% interest only ... easy repayments .... now 5 x bigger and up to 10 x bigger if shares are used to repay ... I accept they are paying Principle now ... so what ? they are FORCED to pay principle now .. ( its like their wages have been garnisheed ) previously they had the choice ... if anyone has been in finance ... its nearly all interest and little principle at the BEGINNING of the loan ............and LITTLE interest and nearly all principle at the end .. but the monthly repayments are set for 30 months ... some don't get it and have suggested that this is a 'commercial' loan .. therefore different ... unless stated otherwise .. the universal laws of finance apply ...
