I am finding it hard to believe their reasoning. The plant location would have been discussed earlier in the DFS rather than the 11th hour you would have thought.
Now the re-jigging the through put rate would take some time. To me that is the greatest thing about this announcement as they are now including the M's of t's in the old pit - that is a lot of material (albeit at lower grade).
Overall I think the picture has got a a lot brighter ... just scratching my head why they didn't look at this earlier.
