Why would FAR announce their intentions until COP fully disclosed?
What would FAR look like if we all discover the real cost was double and the backers weren't interested at that price..... FAR would then have to about face?
I think that's a pretty logical answer.
FAR simply cannot say yes or no to PE until the full cost for COP BV is known.
If it is $430 million let PE start and see what happens.
All I know about the RISC report is FAR have said they have no control over when its delivered.
I think the issue is the price WPL are paying is much higher and neither of them want that outed. AIMO DB
