f) they then call for an EOI so they can ask the land owners those 5 in dispute to also express an interest
low and behold they then realize the best way to appease all parties is ....
e) include their lands Takata....south san-jorge into Isabel and this is the whole of kolosori and not be in breach of the 3 tenement rule.
they also knew that their would be no interest in Takata or South san-jorge to a lessor degree as to date not much Nickel has been prospected for , this would appease land owners as they are now all included this would not effect Axiom as they still only divide 20% ,
and this would still not allow SMM to dispute Isabel under the 3 tenement rule or leaving out land owners .

Conflicting as I don't recall any of the tribes/clan acting as plaintiff were Kolosori or Bungusule tribes? That was the point I was making but you are saying that Kolosori and Bungusule tribes are happy to divide the 20%......then there is no issue.
