I think in as little as 3-6 months even those holding from the CR price of 5c and even higher from PRA days will be laughing at how the SP got smashed to 2c or so and how Boom lost his nut at management.. I think there's really only one answer to the current problem and it's the opposite of dump your shares.

Maybe Boom has been right since day 1 of the RTO ann.. A big player is going to want this tech said Boom.. Hmmmm.. MSFT is the perfect fit. No surprises down the track if we see the Thred team acquired and join with the Skype Teams team under whoever is running that show at the time. I hope they knock back any offer though and become a standalone monolith of their own devise. All the Skype Team stuff is unconfirmed by MSFT at this point but gee doesn't it paint an interesting picture?!

I know that doubters think MSFT will eat Thred's lunch or that Thred will get shafted by them somehow. Of course the partnership is a mutually beneficial one however Thred's IP is secure. Why would they be in discussions daily with MSFT if their partnership wasn't of a significant nature?

The things missing re Skype Teams hoorah is the unifying of contacts across all channels (SM; email; contact databases etc) the cross platform Social Media aggregation/management aspect and the ability to transact.. However only select info has been leaked at this point.

If Skype Teams is being offered exclusively to MSFT's top tier clients as the articles have stated (being the highest level O365 business plan and most expensive) then that ties into the invitation only Premier Partner event in HK that showcased Thred to MSFT's top tier clients quite nicely too don't we think?..

Read all of the announcements again knowing what you know and consider how they have been worded very carefully. At first it reads a little obscurely. Start putting the pieces together and it begins to read quite nicely given the emergence of the rumour of Skype Teams.

Microsoft Ignite starts today in Atlanta. I'll be watching the keynote and whatever else I can get my hands on from the event. Good chance something will be said about Skype Teams especially considering the "preview" is just around the corner and they are said to be testing it internally. Again we had a closed door demonstration with MSFT only a few weeks back.. We get an MVP Ann but no information about who our global users will be almost two weeks later? Who in their right mind is going to launch without users?
How many enterprise collaboration services are MSFT planning to release in Q1 2017 anyway?

I might not be right at all and everybody can call me a goose when that happens. But I think I'm close. I actually think I'm almost dead on right. Me and my conspiracy theories.. It actually feels like I'm almost writing the script!
