Yes that's the problem how does WPL gain control without spending silly money. Then how will they sell it to holders. Can't see it happening as soon as they make an offer our share price will have a rerate and who will sell. By the time this has happened we will be close to declaring reserves and going into development stage. I can't see 50.1% of holders selling after running a marathon and having the finishing line in sight only to sell with most of the cream left on the table. Would 50.1% be enough they would still have to work for all shareholders as the company will still be FAR and you could argue that dropping PE rights would not be acting in share holder interest. I think that it will be to hard but it's only my opinion. I hope I'm right as I'm not interested in leaving any cream. I want full reward for the risk I have taken.
