Would be rather amusing if holders unloading a few now to get some SPP stock, in fact end up paying more for their SPP stock than their offload price. Lots can happen in few days

And make no mistake this could indeed be very scaled back in which case be lucky to get a few k worth if applying for full entitlement. So the net effect is holders thinking they are smart end up with less stock at a higher price. And some decent investors who come in now to take them out end up winners. Just my thought bubble that's all.
