good point hence I guess they the new board just wants to alley any fears in the market once it was clear he was leaving? I guess when reading the announcment again and the original one when BPT took their position it was not clear at that time Dr Shaw was going( see section of original announcement below)

Two of the directors, Chairman Norman Zillman and Non-Executive Director Michael
Callahan, have agreed to step down from the Board following the appointment of three
new Beach directors. Great Artesian’s Managing Director, Dr Ray Shaw, will continue in
his current role on the new board.

Maybe BPT will move on GOG while its SP is low( no need for 2 MD's)? Although I would guess they are still having indegestion from their last meal. Time will tell. Although from memory don't beach need to wait a certain amount of time before they can bid at a value different( I mean less) to what they paid last year?
