You do know this is about making money and not about customer experience ... if the share holder at Qantas are not making money they would be in an uproar.
SGH management have proven to be lemons. Why do you stick with them unless you are afraid of change or live in hope of a better tomorrow when the guys in the past have failed you so many times.
