Resolved can imply that an independent arbitrator has been asked to give a final ruling.
So yes all good as this decision is binding BY the independent arbitrator
Simple really .
Leaves 30 days max left for the 45 days to be completed,unless MIN realize that it is futile and makes a decision earlier.
