another great example of ir laws, page-46

I find it interesting this discussion on the IR laws.... the only point I wish to make... at ten bucks an hour, when caring for the future, albeit, wealthy aged middle class, would you be willing to wipe the a$s of an elderly incontinent patient, or simply wrap them in a towel and plonk them back into bed. Class wars are good for the ego, but our future carers are the very people we punish in order to prop up our lifestyles today. Child care, aged care, food delivery, housekeeping etc. are the sections of the workforce that are affected by these IR laws. These are the very people who take care of the community's future health and well-being... just let me divulge a trade secret.... from personal experience.... those sections of the majority that continue to disregard these working men and women, have ingested at least a litre of spit over their life-time. My mum always said, never disrepect the person who is doshing up your dinner, or is expected to wipe your back-side!
