If friends are so trust worthy a contract wouldn't be required.
This is my point, the intent of the relationship. I'm not arguing contract law.
It's suggested Viktor/VVV has a standing relationship with Management. LWP did not submit a tender seeking responses from a number of graphene technology companies. LWP now feels the contract they made with a contact needing further terms. VVV has not signed and is unlikely to sign.
There's also suggestion that these repeated indiscretions have been with parties unrelated to proppants but with entities related to Management.
On both occasions funds were lost almost instantly (Omnet into VA. VVV is unknown).
Why is Management lending/spending money on their mates ventures?
Once funds left LWP, where does the money trail end?
How trusted were these relationships?
It either points to individuals without business acumen or worse; perhaps they have more nous than they get credit for on HC and are able to create the illusion of poor investment decisions and missed opportunities.
Either way, I'm glad my investments are (in the red) elsewhere
