Bit of a tall order to expect JORC by end of year where the maiden JORC compliance drilling at Seymore is to commence around mid next month. But the aim is to JORC up to 10mt on both the graphite and the Lithium.
Once the economics of scale is achieved all necessary approvals should be a given from the Canadian Dept Mines.
Off-take expressions have already been discussed and once the above criteria's are met these EOI will formalise.
Civil contractors are local so providing the correct facility/JV is used, infrastructure setup (rail/port) can be commissioned, mine site and production soon there after within the next 12 months as early samplings show high grades with easy access at surface. CAPEX for open pit production "at surface" commissioning can be phased in. Pyrotechnics, 2 excavators and 8 40tn articulates should easily move 2mtpa ore to the rail passing nearby.
As for a T/O....not just yet. Would be nice to build an holistic MC moving from explorer to producer and move into stage 2........Refinery/Concentration.
Then they can have my shares @ $10ea.....
