I can't understand how he got that payout. He is far from the only student whose literary skills are very very very weak indeed.
It is a fact that some kids, despite years and years in out education system, with access to many many teachers and printed lessons, books, homework, school work all in the written form, still cannot do anything but form a few letters without them even being close to a correctly spelled word. It is a fact. It is truly not the fault of any of the teachers, leave alone the Edn.Dept. Ask the dad why he didn't teach him. He couldn't. You couldn't. I couldn't. Just not possible.......
And to book it up to the taxpayer? Obscene.
What happened to truth?
